ABOUT THIS ROLE

Revenue systems sit at the center of how LVT operates—and this role sits at the center of those systems. As our Senior Revenue Systems Engineer, you will have true ownership and a direct impact on our ability to scale, managing the technology stack that underpins our entire quote-to-cash process. We are looking for a builder who is energized by the intersection of high-level architecture and day-to-day execution. You’ll join an IT team that values technical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and the scrappy innovation required to stay ahead of our rapid growth.

This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, with no regular travel required.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the technical development, configuration, and long-term health of the Salesforce platform, specifically focusing on Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

  • Design and implement scalable solutions for complex pricing models, product rules, and approval workflows to streamline the sales cycle.

  • Act as the primary architect for the quote-to-cash journey, ensuring seamless handoffs between sales, operations, and finance.

  • Identify and remediate technical debt while establishing best practices for version control, documentation, and system governance.

  • Partner with executive stakeholders in Sales and Finance to translate business requirements into high-performing technical specifications.

  • Manage the release cycle for revenue technology, including testing in sandbox environments and executing production deployments.

  • Monitor system performance and data integrity, serving as the tier-two escalation point for critical revenue system issues.

  • Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and third-party integrations to keep LVT’s tech stack at the cutting edge of the industry.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • The Salesforce Expert: You possess 3–5 years of deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically mastering the nuances of CPQ (product bundles, pricing methods, and quote templates).

  • The Systems Thinker: You don’t just build features; you understand the upstream and downstream impacts of every configuration on the broader business ecosystem.

  • Technically Proficient: You are highly skilled in Salesforce Flow and data modeling, with a strong preference for candidates who can navigate Apex and LWC.

  • A Proven Partner: You have a track record of working effectively with Finance and Sales Operations to solve complex operational bottlenecks.

  • Detail Oriented: You take pride in structured documentation and clean system architecture, ensuring the platform remains maintainable as we scale.

  • Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, and you have the discipline to manage a production environment independently.

  • Certified: You likely hold certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer I.

BENEFITS

We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew’s health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office. Full-time benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
