Job Description
Senior Revenue Analyst (Forth Worth, TX; SS&C Technologies, Inc.): The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for: Performing monthly revenue and JIB analysis and reporting to management. Determining monthly revenue forecast and revenue figures with management. Developing standard revenue recognition policies and suggesting generation activities. Generating revenue reports and financial statements for clients’ review. Maintain documentation of all revenue related activities for reference purposes. Develop new strategies to achieve revenue maximization. Analyze and resolve issues related to revenue analysis. Assist in performing monthly account reconciliations and General Ledger (GL) activities. Order revenue data (CDEX) for all new clients and ensure all files import properly each month. Telecommuting within commutable distance permitted. 6 days of in-office work per month required.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related plus 2 years of experience in related field.
Must have: Experience providing client support. Able to multi-task problem solving multiple issues at one time and prioritize issues. Experience working with large amounts of numerical data in Microsoft Excel. Ability to collaborate with sales and other account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and usage. Strong knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
