Review and interpret revenue contracts to ensure compliance with ASC 606 and company Policy.
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations to align on revenue recognition treatment.
Process orders and activations in the revenue system with accuracy and completeness.
Manage billing processes and oversee collection activities.
Perform credit checks for new customers or partners onboarding and monitor ongoing credit exposure across the pipeline.
Monitor and track withholding tax on customer payments and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
Participate in revenue-related month-end close activities
Lead data analysis projects across billing, collections, and revenue recognition to identify risks and opportunities.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of revenue operations.
Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
MBA or equivalent degree a plus.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in a high growth technology or startup company
Energy and passion to build and drive results in a pre-IPO environment.
Highly analytical with attention to detail.
Forecast accuracy and advanced modeling expertise.
Adaptive Planning forecasting tool experience.
Advanced user in Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Netsuite ERP system.
Solid overall business acumen including accounting/financial experience.
Strong critical thinking, organizational, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain financial data to non-finance leaders.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Must have great problem-solving skills, be a self-starter, understand business issues and be able to clearly and concisely put together recommendations and implementation plans.
Operate with extreme ownership & accountability.
Collaborator and team-player.
Experience in SaaS environments preferred.
