The Senior Revenue Accountant is a part of revenue controllership team.  This role is an excellent opportunity to learn the business, develop leadership skills, and access career advancement opportunities into other roles at NCR Voyix.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with US GAAP and NCR accounting policies
• Review and trace revenue activity across key systems and workflows for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare documentation and analyses related to selected customer contracts during the quarter
• Perform account reconciliation
• Prepare required 10-Q/10-K lease disclosures
• Be responsible for ensuring our lease accounting process stays in compliance with all internal policies and SOX controls, including maintaining adequate documentation of control performance
• Perform continuous analysis to identify and implement process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and cost saving initiatives while ensuring process quality
• Perform reviews of significant revenue activity and customer contracts

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years’ experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting environment
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP with experience on ASC 606 Revenue from Contracts with Customers and the ability to apply relevant guidance to complex transactions
• Well organized, detail-oriented team player with proven ability to multitask effectively and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present accounting rules and guidance in non-technical terms for non-financial professionals
• Knowledge of business systems and Microsoft Office applications
