- Monitor fieldwork and research quality, identifying issues and recommending solutions to keep projects on track.
- Review, clean and quality-check quantitative and qualitative research outputs.
- Support analysis and synthesis of findings, helping translate research into clear and actionable insights.
- Communicate confidently with clients throughout project delivery and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.
- Contribute to research proposals, project scoping, and the development of new client opportunities.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years of experience in market research, gained within a research agency, consultancy or client-side research/insights team.
- Experience managing meaningful components of research projects, with the ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek guidance.

- Strong questionnaire design and research design skills; experience developing qualitative discussion guides would be advantageous.
- Experience managing fieldwork, research vendors or sample partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience reviewing, interpreting, and communicating research findings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and senior internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, judgement, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher or similar is advantageous but not essential.
