FRONTIER TRANLSATIONAL MEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE
To accelerate the translation of groundbreaking medical research into real-world applications, the Frontier Translational Medical Research Institute (TMRI) works to bring promising medical biotechnology discoveries from the laboratory to the public, focusing on translational research, product development, and eventually, commercialisation.
Reporting to the Principal Investigator or his/her delegate, the candidate will be responsible for scientific inputs, research and development, and project management, mainly stationed at the University’s research facility located at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks.
Senior Research Assistant / Research Assistant (26270052)

Responsibilities:
The appointee will perform the following duties:
- To involve in research and development for medical diagnostic product;
- To assist with planning and implementing experiment works;
- To analyse results and prepare experiment reports; and
- To support all matters related to the research projects.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or above from a recognised university in science or related field;
- Experience in molecular techniques (e.g. RT-PCR, real-time PCR) is a plus;
- A passionate and dynamic individual who possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills, is attentive to details, and is a self-starter with the ability to work under pressure; and
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Candidate with more experience in relevant research works may be considered for the post Senior Research Assistant. The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
