Responsabilidades:
-A partir de la aprobación de un proyecto, establecer un cronograma realista y conforme a los compromisos hacia el cliente (y velar a su buen cumplimiento).
-Elaborar el muestreo y preparar las herramientas de seguimiento.
-Diseñar, redactar y probar los materiales de estudio (filtro, cuestionario, etc.)
- supervisar los procesos de campo y supervisionar y asegurar los controles de calidad.
-Dar seguimiento a la ejecución operativa para controlar las fechas y los costos relacionados con el proyecto, en una perspectiva de optimización y, cuando fuera necesario, proponer procedimientos para mejorar la calidad y los tiempos de entrega de los servicios ofrecidos.
-Preparar el plan de análisis y propiciar la búsqueda de insights
-Elaborar los informes (informes preliminares y finales).
-Analizar e interpretar los resultados obtenidos, y presentarlos a los clientes
