- Serve as an Action Officer and Communications liaison for PMO operations and executive reporting
- Manage high-priority taskers, track deliverables and ensure timely completion
- Support personnel actions and coordinate strategic briefings for senior leadership
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Assist with communications strategy, congressional affairs coordination, and event logistics
