The Role
Do you like problem solving and working in a fast-paced office environment? Join us in Inbound Operations where you will be part of a business unit supporting a broad range of activities such as retrieval of historical customer data and paper/electronic correspondence for customer requests. The Inbound operations team provides transaction services to each of Fidelity’s distribution channels. We support Fidelity’s growth with high quality, efficient and innovative service solutions through hardworking associates and processing expertise.
You will work with Internal Business partners to provide electronic or physical documentation to support outgoing correspondence and customer research needs. The role also supports management and retrieval of archived documents for the firm. Your role impacts several internal and external business partners as well as customers and clients of Fidelity Investments. This role is key to the success of our end to end process.
The Expertise and the Skills You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of transaction processing experience within a professional, fast paced, corporate environment.

Work experience in a risk-controlled environment.

Complete correspondence processing requests by printing, retrieving, updating, reviewing and mailing of letters, forms, image copies and/or original documents to enable completion of applicable customer transactions.

Complete extensive research to locate and respond to historical customer document retrieval requests utilizing various mainframe systems, databases, and other storage mediums, to efficiently and accurately process business partner requests.

Please note we are hiring for a weekly shift that could range from Monday-Friday (5 days/week within that timeframe as well as be available for weekend days if needed). Available shifts range from 7:30AM ET – 6:30PM ET (an 8 hour shift within that timeframe).
The Team
Inbound Specialized Processing provides indexing, document retrieval, correspondence processing and archiving services for multiple Fidelity business units. Our knowledgeable team and comprehensive solutions focus on quality, risk mitigation and end to end operational efficiency strengthening Fidelity’s ability to provide a superior customer experience.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
