Provides technical and function specific knowledge to support logistics activities. Manage end to end packaging material procurement and supply and logistics work for indirect supplies & services to the Distribution Center.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage packaging inventory to achieve target stock levels while balancing service requirements, tier pricing opportunities and excess and obsolescence risks by Monitor packaging inventory levels and request replenishment by placing PO to suppliers and liaison with DC operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and inventory availability
• Manage packaging supplier relationships including vendor setup, MOQ optimization, spend tracking, purchase order management, and maintenance of procurement dashboards and related data.
• Coordinate and monitor warehouse operations executed by 3PL partners, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, cycle counts, stock movements, and operational issue resolution to ensure KPI and service level compliance.
• Coordinate inventory disposition activities including scrap approvals, destruction processes, and cosmetic rework execution, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality and operational requirements.
• Maintain inventory integrity through effective warehouse management, transaction monitoring, stock reconciliation, and compliance with established warehouse procedures and controls.
• Perform monthly billing audit for 3PL activities and ensure timely payment via COUPA entry.

Education and Experience:
• Associate's Degree or equivalent in 2 years of college coursework, 4 years experience of related work experience required or
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent in Diploma or equivalent in Business / Supply Chain, 6 years experience Import documentation, Handled Foreign remittances required
• Other: Certification in related field (e.g., APICS CPIM, CLTD) preferred
Additional Skills:
• Knowledge in trade compliance and most countries customs regulatory requirement preferred
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as JDE, JDA, TRAX, COUPA
• Previous experience working in transportation, logistics, operations, or related activities.
• Good knowledge of Logistics, in particular freight management and associated practices.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (e.g. JDE) with ability to navigate vendor portals. Access Database and Reporting Writing skills will be advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
