TITLE: Senior Reporting Analyst 

DEPARTMENT: Sales

LOCATION: Madrid, Spain

REPORTING TO: VP, Sales & Offer Management

ROLE TYPE: Hybrid, FT

POSITION SUMMARY

IPC is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Reporting Analyst  to join our Business Operations team. This role will play a key part in delivering strategic, data-driven insights and executive-ready reporting to support sales performance, revenue growth, and business planning initiatives

The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical professional with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and business intelligence tools is highly valued. A background in FP&A or sales operations is preferred.

This is a full-time position that allows a hybrid schedule at manager’s discretion.  The candidate will be expected to work out of the Madrid office on the schedule agreed.

 RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to provide Sales, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership teams with accurate, consistent, and timely insights.
  • Conduct ongoing data integrity checks and proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across systems including Salesforce and Orion.
  • Collaborate with the team to build and deliver Deal Review Packages, featuring executive-level PowerPoint presentations highlighting key KPIs, revenue trends, and pipeline performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Sales, and Business Operations to translate business needs into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Support booking budget preparation, monitoring, and maintenance throughout the fiscal cycle.
  • Contribute to forecasting and planning processes, including financial modelling and variance analysis in partnership with FP&A.
  • Calculate and optimize sales opportunity actuals with forecast to clearly outline and highlight opportunities to meet target.
  • Drive in-depth pipeline analysis and management to improve overall forecasting accuracy and sales performance.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analytics and measure ROI of sales campaigns to inform strategic focus areas and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop and refine customer health scoring models and support churn prediction initiatives to improve retention strategies.
  • Track success plans and monitor operational efficiency metrics across key business functions.
  • Work with teams to provide detailed reporting on renewals and upsell pipeline activities to support revenue growth initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM data hygiene and governance standards are upheld across the sales organization.

  • Lead or participate in special projects, including dashboard development, process automation, and operational enhancements.

Desirable Experience/Skills/Qualifications 

Experience: 

  • 5-8 years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A or related reporting/analytics role

Technologies: 

  • Advanced MS Excel Skills

  • Data Modelling & Analysis
  • Salesforce experience a plus

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
