Job Description
Responsible for providing support to clients of Compliance Services, specifically for Transparency. This role is versatile but is focused on transparency reporting which requires a higher level of technical proficiency and familiarity with data and data manipulation concepts. Familiarity with Pharmaceutical compliance regulations is helpful. Detailed process orientation and superior communication skills is critical.
Responsibilities
• Perform Transparency Reporting tasks including:
- Data validation – validating data against other sources
- Data remediation – updating data based on provided business rules
- Data Analytics – looking for trends in data, and provided related reporting
- Transparency Reporting – generate draft reports, understand methods for reporting, be able to articulate methods
• Sends information requests to clients for required information. (e.g., missing information, clarification of information, documentation)
• Track activities, and report activity data to client.
• Perform quality reviews and validation of data inputs
• Adherence to various policies (i.e. confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property)
• Provide weekly reports on status of all activities to Client stakeholders
• Reporting automation activities using BI tools
Competency Requirements
• Background in Pharmaceutical, Technology Services or Software Industry desirable, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in MS-Office, Word, and Outlook
• Advanced abilities with MS Excel required to do data analysis and validation – Power Query and VBA Macros
• Knowledge with Power BI or other BI tools
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines working within a time sensitive environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• At least 1 year senior level reporting analyst
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and work within a team environment Education, Skills, Experience Desired
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5 years related work experience

- At least 1 year of senior-level reporting analyst experience
- Five years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query and VBA macros
