Continuously capture and disseminate market price information with accuracy and speed during slow to active markets with minimal oversight. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the rules, procedures and policies developed by CME Group ensuring the integrity and openness of our markets. Professionally communicate and interact with pit trading participants and CME Group staff to support the positive resolution of business issues.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Capture quotes and interpret open outcry, and utilizing verification methods (callback/hand signals) with the awareness of not violating the Bid/ Ask.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of the rules and procedures of quote adjustments as well as a thorough knowledge of Pit Committee structure and conflict of interest issues .
• Ensure the accuracy of assigned settlements utilizing available tools and resources.
• Type quotes accurately and efficiently.
• Work with Pit Committee and key membership to expedite quote adjustments within established guidelines.
