About you:

You’ll look after a portfolio of our most strategic and high‑value customers, guiding renewal conversations with senior stakeholders and helping protect and grow long‑term revenue. You take a calm, thoughtful approach to complex challenges, and you’re comfortable working with enterprise and Elevate customers who expect clear communication and a smooth experience.
You build trusted relationships, understand how businesses work, and bring a strategic mindset to every renewal. You work well with others, and you’re confident bringing teams together to solve problems and create the best outcomes for customers.
Day‑to‑day, you will:

• Lead renewal discussions with senior decision‑makers, building account‑specific renewal plans and managing complex contract negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, using product usage, customer feedback and business goals to guide renewal planning.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Support teams to resolve issues, reduce risk and spot opportunities for growth during the renewal cycle.
• Keep accurate forecasts, share insights that help improve how we manage strategic renewals and support other team members with your expertise.
Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in managing large, complex renewals or strategic customer portfolios in business‑to‑business software.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, especially when working with senior stakeholders on multi‑year agreements.
• Ability to use customer relationship management tools, like Salesforce, to guide conversations and decisions.
• Familiarity with value‑based selling or customer success methods.
