Location: London - Hybrid-Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

We're looking for a talented individual to join our RM team to deliver a seamless end-to-end merchant experience for our Mid to Enterprise Level clients, with a particular focus on our Travel (think: airlines, experiences & online travel agents) vertical.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
  • Champion a merchant-first mindset, consistently ensuring that merchant needs shape strategic and commercial decisions.

  • Leading monthly-service reviews & quarterly business reviews for your designated accounts, ensuring your merchant is getting the most out of their partnership with APEXX.

  • Being the “go-to” point of contact within APEXX, advocating for the merchant internally as well as serving as an escalation point for when things don’t go quite as planned, whilst also being an ambassador for APEXX.

  • Managing contract renewals and commercial negotiations in partnership with the Head of Relationship Management & CCO.

  • Identifying up sell and cross selling opportunities - for example: fraud solutions.

  • Adopting a consultative approach to advise & guide our merchants on all things payments, in order to help them achieve their own goals and objectives.

  • Partnering with our Customer Experience team to ensure merchant onboarding & go-live is smooth.

  • Collaborate with wider internal teams as required to enhance the quality of the customer lifecycle and realise the APEXX ambition of being the world’s most merchant centric payments provider.

ABOUT YOU:
  • You’ve done this before: You bring proven experience in Account Management and/or Customer Success within the Payments industry.

  • You know our domain: You’re familiar with the Travel and Airline sectors and the key players shaping them.

  • You know Enterprise: You understand how to win over enterprise clients and confidently influence senior leadership, including C-Suite stakeholders. You have the ability to upsell/cross-sell and offer a seamless contract renewal experience.

  • You have passion and drive: You’re curious, proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

  • You communicate with impact: You manage internal and external stakeholder communication with clarity and attention to detail.

  • You understand the numbers: You know the metrics that matter and how to drive adoption, renewals, and long-term customer success.
