Own and transform the Atlassian ecosystem while improving engineering workflows, delivery governance, release readiness, performance reporting, incident management, and CTO-office operations. The role builds integrations, automation, AI-enabled tools, dashboards, and knowledge-management solutions while coordinating cross-functional initiatives, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting across Product, Engineering, Platform, and QA.

Develop and manage strategic partnerships across the global payments ecosystem, including acquirers, alternative payment methods, BNPL providers, and technology platforms. Lead partner performance reviews, identify commercial opportunities, support joint marketing and go-to-market initiatives, expand the partner network, and optimize existing relationships. Analyze market trends and partner performance while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Relationship Management to increase revenue, transaction volumes, customer acquisition, and international growth.

Build and maintain high-performance JavaScript and TypeScript SDKs, payment components, and merchant-facing web applications. Develop responsive, accessible, secure interfaces handling complex payment data and workflows. Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering, contribute to backend-for-frontend services, optimize performance, implement testing and observability, and manage client library versioning and documentation. The role requires strong browser fundamentals, React experience, visual craftsmanship, and familiarity with security-sensitive transactional environments.

Own and develop production payment orchestration services covering payment flows, routing, recovery, partner connectors, tokenization, webhooks, and reconciliation. Ensure correctness, reliability, security, and observability in distributed systems. Participate in on-call, incident management, CI/CD, AWS infrastructure improvements, technical design, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional delivery. The role involves modernizing Java and Spring Boot services while supporting enterprise payment integrations.

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while overseeing third-party integrations in a FinTech environment, ensuring excellence in architecture and delivery.
