Provide first-line technical support for merchants: investigate incidents using Grafana/Quicksight/Snowflake, troubleshoot APIs and databases, escalate to L2 or third parties, manage out-of-hours incidents, prepare merchant communications, and collaborate with Product, Implementations, and Tech teams while working IST shifts to meet SLAs.

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while overseeing third-party integrations in a FinTech environment, ensuring excellence in architecture and delivery.

Lead analysis and documentation for data integrations, ingestion, and reporting. Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to design scalable data pipelines, validate data quality using SQL, build standardised reports and KPIs, and produce interface specifications, data dictionaries, and process diagrams to drive merchant insights and operational improvements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and ETL processes. Develop Python/PySpark code, manage databases/data warehouses (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Aurora), ensure data quality and security, collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders, and integrate data solutions into the platform architecture.

Lead product strategy for payments optimisation, collaborate with engineering and data teams, drive commercial success, and deliver high-impact products.
