About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Relationship Manager to join our Middle Market Enterprise (MME) Team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new MME customers, deepening relationships with existing clients, and managing a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing customers. Your focus will be on growing both Loan AUM and Deposit AUM while generating increased revenue for the bank. You will also play a key role in credit review, client servicing, and implementing strategies to maintain credit quality and customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing
Acquire new MME customers and deepen relationships with existing clients to meet annual targets.
Promote MME loan products and cross-sell/up-sell to achieve RHB SG’s overall annual targets.
Perform credit reviews to proactively monitor credit quality, identify early problem loans, and implement strategies to prevent or minimize defaults or NPLs.
Deliver excellent client servicing to meet departmental standards and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
Increase facility utilization rates among current MME customers to enhance the Bank’s share of wallet.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or credit analysis.
Strong understanding of credit risk management and loan portfolio strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Knowledge of banking products and services for middle-market enterprises.
