What you'll own:
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you'll be at the forefront of managing our strategic, global accounts. You'll play a key role in nurturing and expanding these relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with our internal teams to ensure our clients' success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and drive growth.

• Lead Account Strategy: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive account growth.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client technology and business strategies.
• Promote Worldpay Solutions: Advocate and sell Worldpay products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage Multi-Level Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships across various levels within client organizations, ensuring consistent and effective communication.

What you bring:

• Proven Expertise: Extensive experience as a Relationship Manager in FinTech or financial services.
• Leadership Experience: At least 8 years of partnering with senior management and influencing key decisions.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and influence outcomes effectively.
• Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport and conveying information clearly.
• Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated track record of understanding clients' needs and translating them into new business opportunities.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $114,880.00 - $189,560.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.  The job duties outlined above may be directly, and negatively impacted by a criminal history, which could lead to the withdrawal of a conditional offer.
