Job DescriptionAs a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across Experian's data, analytics, and solution portfolio.
You will serve as a trusted partner to clients by developing a deep understanding of their business operations, KPIs, success metrics, market challenges, and strategic priorities. Through this partnership, you will position Experian solutions to improve revenue, optimize operations, reduce risk, and lower costs.
Success in this role requires building credibility through reliability, business insight, and a strong customer-centric approach, while collaborating across internal teams to exceed revenue goals. You will report to Vice President, Strategic Sales.
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary client liaison, driving satisfaction through proactive engagement and seamless support
- Own contract renewals, ensuring continued alignment, value realization, and retention
- Lead onboarding and solution delivery while coordinating cross-functional support (billing, accounting, AR)
- Broaden client footprint by engaging new stakeholders and business units
- Partner with sales leadership to advance pipeline, support deal strategy, and deliver compelling value propositions
Operational Excellence & Delivery Oversight
- Oversee solution delivery and maintain disciplined operating rhythms with clients and internal teams
- Ensure CRM integrity, pipeline accuracy, and reliable forecasting
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and compliance activities (audits, escalations)
- Mobilize internal resources to maximize retention and growth
Client Enablement & Engagement
- Drive product adoption through targeted training and onboarding leadership
- Lead business reviews to align on outcomes, value, and future opportunities
- Sustain engagement through ongoing communication and education
- Align with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Client Services partners to deliver unified client outcomes
- Act as a central connector to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of complex sales or customer relationship management-related experience.
- Able to create exponential revenue growth.
- Knowledge of consumer credit reporting.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to travel.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
