The Senior Salesperson(f/m/x) is primarily responsible for implementing our corporate bank sales strategy by acquiring new clients as well as cultivate an active relationship with the existing portfolio of Tier1/Premium multinational clients.
Responsibilities
- Originate strategic dialogue and new transactions with existing and new MNC client relationships.
- Coordinate with global coverage and product teams, and lead client dialogue for large, sophisticated MNC clients to deliver creative solutions.
- Assist corridor leadership to form viable business strategies and new initiatives with focus on getting new accounts/mandates from large MNCs.
- Own the Know Your Customer process and client’s credit profile to ensure safe business conducted in line with law and regulatory requirement.
- Provide coach/guidance to junior staff for efficient deal execution and his/her career development.
- Help build and maintain DB’s profile in local Corporate Banking industry through active engagement in select professional organizations and client events
- Live Deutsche Bank’s One-Bank approach by cooperating / x-selling to Deutsche Bank’s business divisions
Skills
- Extensive corporate banking exposure in Taiwanese-Czech markets and a good understanding of the according business environment, regulatory regime and market trends.
- Excellent knowledge of how MNCs use banking services in Czechia and Taiwan including domestic/cross-border liquidity management, working capital optimization, and currency risk management, etc.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
- Solid accounting, financial and credit analysis skills.
- Good understanding of payments regulatory landscape, client payment flows with associated risks such as financial crime, AML etc
- Minimum 10 years of front office experience in banking industry paired with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
- University degree in economics, business administration, corporate- / finance Excellent communication and good public speaking and presentation skills.
- Good team player who’s willing to learn and work objective-key-result-driven.
