Job Description
Drive revenue growth by deepening wallet share within existing clients while proactively acquiring new-to-bank MNC and Healthcare corporates.
Structure and negotiate a wide range of financing solutions and banking services, including cash management, derivatives, and other ancillary products.
Establish and maintain strong, trusted client relationships by delivering customised financial solutions aligned to client needs.
Collaborate closely with Global Relationship Managers and regional MNC teams to execute client strategies and support seamless regional onboarding.
Uphold risk and compliance standards, taking timely remedial actions and escalating issues to the appropriate governance forums where necessary.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in MNC coverage, corporate banking, or relationship management roles.
Strong product knowledge across credit, cash management, and transaction banking solutions.
Proven track record as a Relationship Manager, with the ability to grow client relationships, acquire new business, close deals, and build effective internal and external networks.
Highly resourceful with strong credit assessment skills, sound analytical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
