Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth by deepening wallet share within existing clients while proactively acquiring new-to-bank MNC and Healthcare corporates.

  • Structure and negotiate a wide range of financing solutions and banking services, including cash management, derivatives, and other ancillary products.

  • Establish and maintain strong, trusted client relationships by delivering customised financial solutions aligned to client needs.

  • Collaborate closely with Global Relationship Managers and regional MNC teams to execute client strategies and support seamless regional onboarding.

  • Uphold risk and compliance standards, taking timely remedial actions and escalating issues to the appropriate governance forums where necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in MNC coverage, corporate banking, or relationship management roles.

  • Strong product knowledge across credit, cash management, and transaction banking solutions.

  • Proven track record as a Relationship Manager, with the ability to grow client relationships, acquire new business, close deals, and build effective internal and external networks.

  • Highly resourceful with strong credit assessment skills, sound analytical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
