The Senior Relationship Manager role is within the market-leading Global Travel division, working one of WEX’s most strategic accounts. Reporting to the Head of the Americas, Strategic leader, this exciting role requires someone with a strong Executive Presence, who can drive growth, effectively manage internal and external stakeholders, and develop deep productive relationships.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Leading commercial strategy, growth and goal delivery for premier Global Travel Accounts in the Americas (primary account in the US, and two other accounts, one in South America).
Collaborating with our partners in a manner that creates opportunity for greater mutual value creation.
Working closely with domestic and international leadership, go-to-market and account management teams, as well as Operations, Finance, Product, WEX Bank, and associated Lines of Business relationship management.
Creating a joint value creation roadmap and moving both organizations toward delivery
Collaborating tightly with international team members for joint success.
Developing and executing on comprehensive communication, solution, commercial, consultation strategies that secure and grow utilization of WEX solutions and services globally.
Maintaining current charge volume activity and accurate forecast information.
Recommending strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
Attend applicable trade shows
Engaging effectively with senior leadership at partner and customer organizations to secure trust, build mutual ambition and develop advocacy within various levels of those organizations.
Establishing effective and complex commercial, technical, product and operational arrangements to enhance and secure WEX’s position while benefiting the partner organization’s success and mutual benefit of the relationship.
Delivering against annual revenue growth plan in support of organization strategy and objectives.
Experience You’ll Bring
Professional and Technical Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
8+ years of experience in relationship management, supporting enterprise clients.
MUST have payments industry knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
Strong skills in Excel, Tableau Google Suite or equivalent tools
Experience in the online travel agency industry is preferred.
Ability to build and deliver multi-leveled presentations effectively, with strong communication and data story-telling that drives business impact.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
