Job DescriptionThe Senior Relationship Manager will lead and expand strategic business relationships, driving retention, client satisfaction and growth activities within an assigned portfolio of Global Enterprise accounts for Experian's Employer Services.
- Develop executive-level relationships with clients by researching and understanding complex business needs, responding to client requests, and serving as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments.
- Create and maintain strategic account plans for top Global Enterprise clients.
- Assist in the renewal of existing business in partnership with the Client Development Executive.
- Own client retention activities, ongoing satisfaction and long-term relationship health across assigned accounts.
- Generate client advocacy and referenceable success stories that can be leveraged in the market
- Marshal cross-functional resources to ensure client satisfaction and elevate voice of client insights to promote innovation
- Maintain and expand relationships within the client network across multiple buyer personas, stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Gather data and insights regarding usage, outcomes and business value; ensure adoption and usage align with projected levels and strategic objectives.
- Lead client briefings, quarterly business reviews, executive summaries and senior stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with Customer Success team on data quality best practices and proactively address gaps, risks and growth opportunities
- Inform and educate clients on new and existing projects/products and provide strategic recommendations aligned to client priorities
- Create, qualify and refer leads to the Client Development Executive
- You will report to the Sr. Director of Relationship Management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of complex relationship management experience supporting large, strategic or Global Enterprise clients
- Experience in Experian Employer Services (Verifications, Unemployment, Employer Tax Services, WOTC, Onboarding, I9, Paperless Pay, W2 and ACA)
- Experience with consultative sales, customer service, executive relationship management and project management
- Ability to travel

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
