ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Serves as Project Manager / Project Lead for projects as directed by Director of Decision Support and/or CFO
• Demonstrates advanced use of technology to support ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as well as database creation and maintenance
• Knowledgeable in all cycles of Revenue Cycle.
• Work with Director of Decision support to develop clear and well-structured reporting to hospital association, governmental entities, audit firms, as well as, organization department leaders.
• Financial and operational data mining, validation, analysis, and interpretation to provide timely, reliable, and actionable reports/KPI’s/dashboards to support organization goals and process improvement initiatives.
• Payor Contract Modeling
• CDM strategic market pricing, considering the impact under multiple payment models
• Ad-hoc A/R reimbursement, denial management, charge capture, and revenue integrity audits
• New program feasibility studies, proforma forecasts, and scenario modeling
• Create data solutions to support business goals of the department and/or organization
• Industry and regulatory compliance initiatives, such as Price Transparency
• Process automation initiatives (through technology, process documentation, and training)

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Intermediate to Advanced expertise in Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, EHR/EMR, and Report Writing preferred
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Exceptional problem-solving skills demonstrating independent, creative thinking and root cause analysis
• Ability to simplify complex data analysis into concise and user-friendly reports for management
• Effective communication and presentation skills, working with peers and all levels of the organization

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology preferred

• Seven years’ healthcare industry experience preferred (finance, IT, revenue cycle, billing, coding, etc.)
