We are seeking a Senior Regional Project Engineer to lead the development and delivery of CAB investments across multiple cluster sites. This role provides technical expertise and leadership to multidisciplinary teams managing engineering activities, ensuring technical integrity and effective execution. The position also supports the Regional Community of Practice (COP) to drive standardization, capability building, and continuous improvement.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Deliver projects in accordance with the Mars Project Management curriculum, from technical scoping through design, execution, and project closure.
Lead engineering contractors and subcontractors during all project phases.
Maintain effective supplier relationships to support quality, reliability, and efficient project delivery.
Manage CAB/FAA budgets for assigned projects, ensuring delivery within approved financial objectives.
Depending on project complexity, lead the technical functional pillar or act as overall engineering project leader.
Define and execute technical solutions ensuring alignment with business needs, engineering standards, human safety, Q&FS, environmental, and legal obligations.
Hold primary responsibility for installation activities and I/O testing, ensuring safe execution and readiness for commissioning.
Apply global and regional engineering standards and regulatory requirements consistently throughout project execution.
Develop and align equipment performance specifications to support procurement, equipment ordering, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Act as a functional expert providing technical guidance to other departments in specific technology areas.
Participate actively in the Regional Community of Practice (COP), contributing to global standards, supporting standard reviews and improvements, and driving consistent implementation across the cluster.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related); Master’s preferred.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage.
Proven technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines.
Strong knowledge of engineering standards, regulatory compliance, and safety/Q&FS/environmental requirements.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Participation in professional or technical communities (e.g., COP) is a plus.
Experience delivering complex, multi-site engineering projects.
Expertise in design, technical solutions, installation, and commissioning.
Skilled in budget management, leading teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Strong knowledge of standards, regulatory compliance, and safety/Q&FS/environmental requirements.
Experienced in equipment specifications, procurement, and FAT.
Project Management, Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
Strong understanding of global/regional engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and Q&FS/safety/environmental compliance.
Fluent communication in Polish and English.
