This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth, accelerating deal velocity, and increasing brand awareness among enterprise and mid-market customers. You will work closely with regional sales, partners, and global marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns tailored to technically sophisticated audiences, including CISOs, DevSecOps leaders, and developers.

  • Post-event: own lead scoring and routing into the MQL/SQL process, drive structured follow-up cadences with sales, report on pipeline attribution and ROI, feed learnings back into the next event's planning
  • Represent the company at key cybersecurity and developer-focused events across NEUR

Regional Strategy & Planning

  • Translate global campaigns into regionally relevant event and field programs across UKI, Netherlands and Nordics
  • Segment markets and prioritise accounts and events based on ICP, maturity, and opportunity size

Demand Generation

  • Own regional marketing-sourced pipeline targets aligned to revenue goals, with a focus on target accounts
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns (events, digital, content syndication, paid media) that drive consistent top-of-funnel volume
  • Maintain clear visibility into pipeline targets and gaps, and clean handoff of MQL to SQL
  • Optimise marketing funnel performance using data-driven insights and continuous testing

Account Based Marketing

  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for top-tier enterprise accounts
  • Partner with sales to develop account-specific engagement plans and personalised campaigns
  • Support deal acceleration through tailored content, executive engagement, and field programs

Content Localisation & Messaging

  • Adapt global AppSec messaging for Northern European audiences with high technical expectations
  • Collaborate with product marketing to refine positioning for DevSecOps and security buyers
  • Support development of regional case studies, customer advocacy, and thought leadership

Sales & Partner Alignment

  • Act as a trusted marketing partner to regional sales leaders on event strategy and execution
  • Enable channel and technology partners with co-marketing events and MDF programs
  • Align closely with SDR teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion
