Job Title: Sr. Regional Marketing Manager
Location: New Jersey / WFH Flexible
Job Scope:
The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager will join the US and EU Regional Marketing Team to generate leads through campaigns, conferences, tradeshow, virtual events, social channels, and content generation. The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for all conferences and tradeshows planned in the US for reagent services business within the Life Science Group. Moreover, the Sr. Regional Marketing Manager is required to have strong understanding of the biotechnology landscape and lead nurturing process to increase brand awareness as well as identify qualified leads for sales and marketing teams to drive up revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the US marketing activities. Work with both the US and EU team to deliver company-wide objectives.
- Identify and develop new initiatives to promote GenScript brand through branding campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the US Sales team and Global Product Marketing teams to develop KOLs for conferences and tradeshows.
- Strategize and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate marketing/sales qualified leads through events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Global Product Market and Development teams on campaign management and implementation.
- Collaborate with Global Product Market and Development teams to generate US regional flyers and brochures.
- Analyze each tradeshow/webinar to evaluate the return of investment for each marketing event.
- Handle multiple platforms including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Scileads, Gotowebinar, and other external tools for marketing and tradeshows.
- Calculate and monitor marketing expenses and budget while keep track of performance and ROI.
- Utilize marketing tools and tactics to elevate the GenScript brand and generate demand for all service lines.
- Managing roadshows for the US Sales Team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in biotech/pharma.
- Experience of directly managing teams of at least 1-2 people (remote management highly desired)
- At least a Masters’ Degree in Biology or Life Science is required.
- Strong understanding of CRO and CDMO businesses in the US.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing CRM software
- Ability to travel for tradeshows and conferences, up to 30%.
