Your main responsibilities

  • managing the work of the subordinate team by supervising the implementation of goals and KPIs (quality, cost and efficiency)

  • responsibility for the functioning of operational processes in accordance with procedures and instructions,

  • optimization of operational processes,

  • responsibility for People management, including planning, organizing work, monitoring its progress, motivating,controlling and enforcing the tasks of employees in the region

  • supervision over compliance with the established legal regulations and health and safety requirements,

  • implementation of the assumptions of the financial and and qualitative budget of the region,

  • planning the organizational structure of the region and subordinate depots in order to optimize operational activities,

  • responsibility for the supervision and development of depots infrastructure in accordance with the plans and policy of Allegro One Kurier,

  • optimization of delivery and collection costs,

  • collaboration and active communication with other departments in the company's organizational structure,

  • active participation in initiatives organized in the organization. Participation in training provided by Allegro in order to improve professional competences and self-development,

  • responsibility for the image of depots in the region,including maintaining high standards of customer service and the appearance of depots, employees and couriers (compliance with the standards and procedures in AOK),

  • responsibility for effective communication policy in the region,

  • attention to maintaining professional ethics (maintaining the the confidentiality of personal data,maintaining the confidentiality of data constituting a company secret),

  • other tasks ordered by the superior in accordance with the competences held.

  • You have minimum length experience previously in a similar managerial role - 3 years

  • You speak English (minimum B2)

  • you have university education with an master degree

  • you have ability to work with budget and costs

  • You have experience in working in the courier or related industry

  • You have documented experience in business development in the subordinate area

  • You can delegate tasks
