We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in bulk / high-volume hiring, particularly for customer-facing roles, to be based onsite in the UAE.
The role will also involve regional hiring exposure, with a focus on talent markets across Southeast Asia and Africa.
- Manage and deliver end-to-end bulk hiring projects
- Recruit for customer-facing and operational roles
- Take a hands-on approach in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Build talent pipelines across Southeast Asia and African markets
- Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and partners
- Ensure hiring targets are met within timelines
Requirements
Skills Required
- Proven experience in bulk / mass hiring environments
- Strong background recruiting for customer-facing or operational roles
- Demonstrated hands-on recruitment approach (sourcing to onboarding)
- Experience working with and managing third-party recruitment vendors and agencies
- Exposure to hiring across Southeast Asia and/or Africa
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities
