Now, we’re expanding into Germany – and we’re building a team of recruiters who will play a key role in scaling our presence across the country.
What you’ll do
Join the founding recruitment team in Germany and help establish our strong local footprint
Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles and define sourcing strategies for the German talent market
Own the entire hiring process end-to-end, from first outreach to signed offer
Design and implement scalable recruitment processes tailored for Germany
Build and nurture a network of top talent across engineering and product
Strengthen our employer brand within the German tech ecosystem
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process
What you need to have
4+ years of experience recruiting in Germany, ideally in tech or fintech
A strong drive for excellence and a continuous improvement mindset
A passion for sourcing and engaging exceptional candidates
Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and the ability to work independently
Fluency in English (German is a strong plus)
