What you will do

Stryker’s Global Talent Attraction Team is looking for a recruitment marketing strategy builder and campaign specialist who will help us attract great talent to Stryker! In this regional role, you will be the primary point of contact in the Americas for all things Talent Attraction and manage stakeholders across the region. As a Senior Recruitment Marketing Associate you can work remotely or from a Stryker location and must be willing to work east coast hours.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders and teams regionally to create and implement data-driven recruitment marketing strategies which support business objectives.
  • Influence, consult, and collaborate with regional leaders on marketing projects and stakeholder management.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve candidate communications through our chatbot, and establish effective feedback loops, enhancing the overall candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our talent marketing strategies align with organizational goals, delivering successful campaign outcomes across internal channels, media, and social platforms.
  • Manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters, track, measure, and report on campaign results.
  • Oversee the company’s career site and suggest improvements.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and marketing materials (brochures, templates, social media posts, etc.) to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement strategies for nurturing our talent network/community and improving candidate experience and engagement.
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry and create content for our careers blog (strykercareersblog.com) by collaborating with employees globally.
  • Exercise independent judgment and excel under minimal supervision to drive goals and objectives.

What you need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related 6+ years of experience in addition to the below
  • 2+ years of work experience in Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, Employer Branding roles
  • Experience running Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn ads plus experience with analytics on ad performance

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Data proficiency and literacy with certifications in Google Analytics
  • Experience in automating communication and engagement workflows in CRMs like Hubspot Academy certifications

69,100- 107,400k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
