About the Role

• Making calls to existing and prospective Amoria Group clients
• Meeting with key stakeholders to develop relationships
• Negotiating to secure new business
• Working in partnership with clients to scope out project requirements
• Offering tailored solutions including Time & Materials and Work Packages.
• Researching projects and pipeline within your industry
• Advising clients on the best way to overcome their project challenges Making a meaningful impact on global businesses, their projects and successes - and on the broader societal change those projects drive.

What We're Looking For

• A proven recruitment professional with a strong track record of billing and exceeding targets, we are growing our teams and we are looking for experienced Senior Consultants, Managing Consultants and Principal Consultants to join our successful teams!
• Business development experience and a hunger to grow your client base
• Resilience, self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
