What you'll do
- As a leader, expert & coach, you will further lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and KPIs.
- You act as a reliable partner for regional senior leadership, the People & Organization team in APAC, global peers, and the entire Emma team.
- You oversee the entire recruiting process in APAC, from alignment and clarification of needs to offers and contract negotiations, ensuring quality and efficiency in the hiring process.
- You lead and oversee implementation of recruiting projects, and support regional People & Organization initiatives
- You cooperate closely with our employer branding team and develop measures to ensure the right positioning for Emma in the market.
- You are performing end-to-end recruitment for certain positions (e.g., senior leadership roles).
Who we're looking for
- You are passionate about recruiting and always try to find the best match for companies and applicants.
- You have several years of experience in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition as well as people leadership experience. Recruiting for senior leadership roles is a plus.
- You are characterized by a data-driven mindset, a high degree of solution orientation and you have a keen sense for people and situations.
- Your strong business orientation is combined with deep technical expertise in the area of recruiting & active sourcing.
- You are interested in the topics of entrepreneurship and enjoy working in start-up and scale-up environments.
- You have very good written and spoken English skills.
- A structured and analytical way of thinking, a can-do mindset and a get-things-done mentality round off your profile.
