In this role, you will:
- Partner with Lead Executive Recruiters to coordinate executive hiring activities and interview processes while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Serve as an operational and administrative resource throughout the executive recruiting lifecycle.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, ensuring a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Execute and support key Talent Acquisition processes, including interview scheduling, compliance requirements, offer support, relocation coordination, immigration assistance, and CRM activities.
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on executive recruiting processes, policies, and procedures to team members and business partners.
- Identify and resolve complex scheduling and operational challenges while ensuring a seamless recruiting experience.
- Collaborate effectively across Talent Acquisition and business teams to support recruiting priorities and operational objectives.
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail while managing multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of Recruiting coordination or administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience supporting senior executives (SVP level and above) in a recruiting, coordination, or administrative capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile priorities and competing deadlines.
- Experience supporting professional-level recruitment processes and/or compensation-related programs.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex domestic and international meetings and interview logistics.
- Experience working within a large, highly matrixed Fortune 100 organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly accountable with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to operational excellence.
