  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies tailored to country-specific market conditions
  • Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and talent pipelining
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to align on talent profiles, expectations, and realistic hiring timelines
  • Apply strong knowledge of regional hiring dynamics, including candidate expectations, market competitiveness, and country-specific nuances
  • Leverage and grow a robust professional network across the UK, EMEA, and India to attract high-caliber passive talent
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of labor laws and employment practices across key countries in the region, ensuring compliant and informed hiring practices
  • Champion diversity and inclusion across sourcing and selection strategies
  • Lead intake, calibration, and debrief sessions with rigor and consistency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) that enhance scalability, quality, and operational excellence across Talent Acquisition

This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple corporate functions and levels of seniority
  • Deep fluency in tailoring recruitment strategies based on regional differences in market conditions and stakeholder needs
  • Ability to build proactive, long-term talent pipelines aligned to business growth
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, using insights and metrics to influence hiring outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
  • High adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
