THE TEAM

In this role you will work within a global recruiting team, supporting our internal partners with finding the very best talent, whilst providing excellent customer service for our hiring managers. In addition, you will partner with business leaders, Human Resources, and other leaders within our internal teams to create and implement sustainable recruiting programs to address immediate and long-term staffing goals.

THE JOB

As a Senior Recruiter, you will focus on finding and hiring talent in the fast paced and competitive fields of Engineering and Product. This will require experience of recruiting in these fields and knowledge of terminology and different technologies to fully understand hiring requirements, candidate expertise and best strategies.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage end to end recruitment campaigns from intake call to screening resumes, sourcing talent, making the initial call with candidates, scheduling interviews and extending offers

  • Proactively source and attract top talent in highly competitive markets, using a mix of direct sourcing, networking, and innovative talent attraction strategies

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring needs, market conditions and define effective recruitment strategies

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on hard-to-fill roles

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine effective recruitment strategies, which may involve advertising, direct sourcing, agencies, and exploring internal solutions.

  • Partner with the sourcing team to identify, engage and convert high-quality candidates

  • Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates during recruitment process; working to build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates

  • Lead offer management and negotiations, using strong influencing skills to secure top candidates in competitive situations

  • Coordinate relationships with external agencies when necessary

  • Participate in employer branding activities to attract top tech talent and enhance our reputation in the tech industry.

  • Emphasize the importance of diversity and equity in the recruitment process

  • Attend recruitment events when required, speaking to potential candidates

  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as required

  • Mentor any interns or apprentices coming onto the team

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Proven experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment within a fast-paced and competitive environment

  • Experience as a Tech Recruiter with a track record of successfully placing candidates in engineering and product roles

  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring top talent in competitive markets, particularly for hard-to-fill roles

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with experience managing and closing complex offers

  • Knowledge of the tech industry, technical roles and the latest industry trends

  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday

  • Experience partnering closely with hiring manager to deliver hires in timely manner 

  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Recruiting
