Unity is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter responsible for identifying, interviewing, and closing positions across various departments and regions. We are a high-energy, collaborative team that loves working in a fast-paced environment, doing exciting, impactful work for the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
• Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
• Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates

What we're looking for

• Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations
• Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels
• Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment
• Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines
• Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions

You might also have

• Recognized as a subject matter expert across sourcing, engagement, and inclusive hiring.
• Experience with Workday ATS, GEM, and Linkedin
