THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a partner to hiring leaders - understanding hiring goals into to onboarding great talents with clear hiring plans. 
  • Design and execute search strategies grounded in market insight, structured process, and measurable progress. 
  • Source, engage, and close exceptional talent. 
  • Take ownership of assessment - deeply understand what excellence looks like in every role, evaluate for both skill and potential, and uphold Quince’s uncompromising talent bar. 
  • Build pipelines proactively and anticipate future needs, keeping quality and speed in balance. 
  • Deliver a consistent, best-in-class candidate experience. 
  • Contribute to recruiting excellence by improving tools, playbooks, and team operating

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Masters in HR or related specialization

Experience: 3 years to 6 years in Technical Recruitment. 

  • Proven success running full-cycle searches in fast-growth or high-expectation environments. 
  • Strong partner and communicator who influences through insight
  • Track record of finding, engaging, and closing top passive talent. 
  • Data-driven operator who thrives on clarity, structure, and accountability. 
  • Deep commitment to quality - of talent, process, and candidate experience. 
  • Custodian of hiring process for their roles.

Preferred: 

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions or geographies. 
  • Background in e-commerce, consumer, or tech-driven companies. 
  • Familiarity with talent mapping, market research, and scalable recruiting systems.

We did this by revising every part of a traditional retailer's playbook. We cut out all the middlemen and managed every element of the item's creation ourselves, including packaging and transportation.
