DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our talented Human Resources team. In this position, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from creating job postings to interviewing candidates and facilitating the hiring process. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in recruiting, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for various positions across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry is an advantage.
