Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic and expanding team in São Paulo and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Wise in the Americas. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to foster a strong team culture and make a significant impact by expanding our engineering organization, helping more customers save money.
Role Objectives:
Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies, collaborating closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions.
Build long-term relationships with top talent, guiding them through a remarkable end-to-end recruitment experience.
Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience, creating a robust talent network for future opportunities.
Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top engineering talent.
Work with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to São Paulo's unique market.
Partner with hiring teams to support their initiatives, including onboarding, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking.
Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges, optimizing processes for global scalability.
Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience.
5+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a successful track record in tech recruitment, specifically for product and engineering roles.
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top product and engineering talent, with a passion for creative solutions tailored to the Brazilian market.
Ability to look beyond technical skills to identify candidates who align with our culture and values.
Strong self-starter who flourishes in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adaptable to change.
Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging roles and learning new skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels within product and engineering organizations.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
