Growe welcomes those who are excited to: 
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for global roles - including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback, and making offers across multiple regions;
  • Create new and effective ways to engage passive candidates worldwide through sourcing, analytics, social media, and direct outreach;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and build hiring strategies;
  • Build, expand, and maintain a global candidates’ database to support ongoing hiring needs;
  • Track and analyze recruitment pipeline metrics, conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, and performance data on a regular basis;
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and professional meetups to expand talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand;
  • Participate in HR and recruitment projects aimed at scaling our international hiring operations.
We need your professional experience:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT/digital/iGaming companies or recruitment agencies;
  • Strong proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and candidate databases;
  • Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews;
  • Proven experience hiring across Europe;
  • English - Upper- Intermediate;
  • Experience in the iGaming industry (especially hiring for Affiliate, CRM, Retention, Media Buying, or Product roles) will be a strong plus.
