- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Field Service Technicians, Documentation Specialists, Engineers, and related technical roles supporting ECS’s Postal portfolio.
- Develop and manage relationships with staffing vendors and subcontracting partners, ensuring alignment on quality, compliance, and fulfillment timelines.
- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate rates within contract parameters, and coordinate requisition distribution and candidate submissions.
- Build grassroots pipelines through trade schools, veteran transition programs, workforce centers, and community colleges to supplement vendor sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers and program leadership to define staffing forecasts, labor category requirements, and candidate qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate data, requisition notes, and vendor tracking within the ADP Applicant Tracking System.
- Represent ECS at job fairs, industry events, and targeted community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and candidate engagement.
- Coordinate pre-employment processing, onboarding logistics, and compliance activities with internal HR and operations teams.
- Track and report recruiting metrics for both internal and vendor-supplied candidates, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
- Ensure all recruiting and staffing activities adhere to OFCCP, EEO, and AAP requirements and ECS policies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with emphasis on technical, field service, or skilled-trade roles.
- Prior experience managing or partnering with third-party staffing vendors or subcontractors.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, Boolean search, and local outreach.
- Knowledge of veteran and trade-school recruitment programs and related community partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent requisitions under tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
