We seek a Senior Recruiter with proven experience hiring in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments. Whether your background is in technical recruiting (engineering, product, data) or go-to-market recruiting (sales, customer success, marketing), what matters most is your ability to attract and close top talent in the cloud technology space.

You’ll partner closely with business leaders across multiple functions to design and execute recruiting strategies that support Automat-it’s rapid growth and help us build exceptional teams.

** This role is temporary for 12 months (with an option to become permanent).

📍 Work location - hybrid from Madrid 


Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers of assigned roles, including defining job requirements, advising on market talent availability and trends, and hiring strategies
  • Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to date
  • Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, employee referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization
  • Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals
  • Plan and own recruitment-related projects such as employer branding initiatives, diversity hiring programs, and process improvements

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience either as a Technical or Sales/GTM Recruiter in a global tech company
  • In-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search
  • Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS
  • A proven track record of engaging talent through sourcing tools, with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
  • Self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)
