Description of Role

Sunbit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our growing teams. In this role, you will design recruitment strategies, develop job descriptions and qualifications, post job openings, and manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for a wide range of corporate functions in a fast-paced environment, such as Finance, Marketing, Legal, People Operations, Product, and Engineering.


Requirements

What You'll Own:

  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to define staffing needs and align on hiring strategies
  • Set and monitor hiring goals (e.g., quarterly and annual targets)
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline conversion
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle—from initial outreach and application through offer and close
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews across all stages of the hiring process (screenings, video interviews, in-person interviews)
  • Administer skills assessments and screening tools to evaluate candidate fit
  • Maintain strong internal and external communication, ensuring a consistent and positive employer brand across platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to build relationships with prospective talent

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience, with proven success in full-cycle recruitment
  • Proficient in sourcing candidates using resume databases, professional networks, and job boards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms, Comeet/Sparkhire a plus
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills

How We Pay:

  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
  • We are targeting a salary of $100,000-$140,000 per year for this role
  • This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
