About The Role
Mochi is looking for a high-impact Senior Recruiter to help us scale our team. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across technical, clinical, and business functions, working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. Beyond sourcing and screening, you’ll play a key role in refining our hiring strategy and interview process to ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. As one of the first touch points for candidates, you’ll be the person who gets them excited about joining Mochi. What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing top-tier candidates to closing exceptional hires, ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring goals.
- Proactively identify and engage high-caliber talent through creative sourcing strategies, leveraging new tools and solutions to accelerate hiring.
- Conduct thorough resume reviews and phone screens, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Drive and refine our interview process—coordinating take-home projects, guiding candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to make data-driven decisions.
- Partner with leadership and hiring teams to continuously improve our talent strategy and hiring effectiveness.
- Play a critical role in shaping and scaling our team—helping us attract and retain the best people to drive our mission forward.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting technical and non-technical hiring in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.
- Experience in technical recruiting (Web/Mobile) is highly preferred.
- Highly organized but adaptable, capable of balancing multiple priorities without missing a beat.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to stakeholders
- Excited to be part of a mission-driven team and open to working in-office to collaborate effectively.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
