About the role
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring new team members. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the company attracts and retains top-tier talent.
What you'll do

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions, sourcing, and pre-screening to interviewing, and extending offers
  • Proactively source and attract passive candidates through various channels such as networking, social media, job boards, and other creative recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build strong talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, conducting thorough interviews, and providing timely feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to craft competitive offers and negotiate terms with successful candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting company culture and engaging in initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay informed on labor market trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, track applicants using the applicant tracking system (ATS), and write and post technical and other job descriptions.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of work experience hiring in end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment
  • Team-centric mindset - demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand, explain, and evaluate job requirements
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. Rippling a plus
  • Experience using different sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
