Responsibilities
- Search and contact potential candidates for different roles and areas.
- Conduct technical interviews for potential candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
- Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Assist in developing interview questions and assessments.
- Communicate with different clients and Hiring Managers to further understand requirements.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in conducting technical interviews.
- Experience managing LinkedIn
- Experience using ATS is a plus
- English Proficiency
