About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting at Ande.ai, from building top-of-funnel pipeline to closing offers, across both technical and non-technical roles. You'll be a talent advisor to leadership: setting the bar, coaching hiring managers, and building the recruiting infrastructure that scales with us. You'll have real ownership over how we hire. You'll thrive here if you like building processes from scratch, managing up to senior stakeholders, and directly shaping the growth of the business with incredible talent.
What You'll Do
Run full-cycle recruiting end to end: sourcing, screening, pipeline management, offer negotiation, and close, across technical and non-technical roles
Build and own our recruiting process from the ground up, including Ashby workflows, interview structures, and scorecards, and scale it as the team grows
Manage up to senior hiring managers: coach them on what a strong candidate looks like, hold the line on our hiring bar, and keep searches accountable to a timeline
Own recruiting metrics and reporting: track pipeline health, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, and offer-acceptance rate, and use the data to fix what's stuck
Sell candidates on Ande.ai directly, as the person who can articulate why joining this early, at this stage, is the right move for a great candidate
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across both technical and non-technical roles, including senior/leadership hires
A strong track record on offer-acceptance rate and pipeline metrics
Hands-on Ashby experience, able to run a search from kickoff through offer to onboarding
Executive presence: comfortable managing up to and advising senior leadership on hiring decisions
Bonus Points
Experience at an early-stage (seed–Series B) startup, ideally building a recruiting function from scratch
Experience building employer branding or referral programs
Existing network in SF or NY tech/startup circles
