Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Enhance and promote the employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking activities.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental goals and hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics to management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of recruitment best practices.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in recruitment.
  • Establish benchmarking standards for the talent acquisition team and continuously monitor and optimize recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies, including the management of online presence and candidate engagement, to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree desirable or equivalent in years of experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level candidates.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
