We are looking for a talented Talent Advisor to join our Cummins Inc. team in Rocky Mount, NC.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.
Support full-cycle recruiting for the EBU manufacturing plant in Rocky Mount, partnering closely with leaders and HR to execute workforce and talent acquisition strategies.
Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting tools to manage candidate pipelines, maintain data integrity, and provide actionable stakeholder insights.
Apply expertise in candidate assessment, selection methodologies, and external talent sourcing to attract and engage high-caliber talent.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, balancing multiple priorities while delivering responsive, customer-focused recruiting support.
Utilize data analytics and recruitment performance indicators to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to employment branding initiatives that strengthen market visibility and enhance the organization's ability to attract talent.
Thrive in a collaborative environment by building strong partnerships, exercising sound decision-making, and effectively influencing hiring outcomes.
Preferred experience supporting recruiting initiatives within manufacturing, industrial, or plant-based environments.
Preferred willingness to travel periodically to recruiting events and talent attraction activities as business needs require.
